After pressing the big SOS button on your medical alert device your family and friends will be notified via SMS. It will start calling your emergency contacts until your contacts answer or the call sequence is ended by pushing 1 on your mobiles keypad or pushing the SOS button on the device.

The Telstra network gives you the largest coverage of the 3 mobile providers.We set up the alert device for you, so it’s ready to go once it reaches you out of the box.*Sim card may need activating.

At the checkout, look for the 'Set up & Sim Card' form, fill it out and send it back.
After receiving your emergency contact details, up to 5 family members will be added to your alert device ready for dispatch. On request you can add 000 as a contact.
